I ordered a hat from the USA to the UK, and it arrived with stains on the front. (They claim every item is checked thoroughly before it’s sent out.)

I reached out to their online support, and they told me they couldn’t provide a refund or exchange. Instead, they offered me a measly 25% off my next purchase.

Seriously, don’t buy from them. If you get a faulty item, you won’t get any assistance. I’m planning to escalate this under consumer law.

Unbelievable.

Update: After escalating the issue and letting them know I disputed the charge with my bank, they suddenly offered a full refund for the damaged item. Still, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them. If you run into any issues, they won’t help you out.

The quality is just awful and the price is ridiculous. The seller told me it’s a designer label, which honestly cracked me up. No chance for returns or refunds, even after reaching out to customer service. I got a mystery box that was supposed to be worth $105, but all I received was a pair of socks and some shorts—super disappointing. I doubt real designer brands even do mystery boxes. I tried to explain that I wanted store credit to maybe pick something better for my boyfriend that would actually be worth the $105. The CEO shot me down, and his response made it clear I’m not the only one who’s had issues.

Shipping is taking way too long. I made my order on October 11th, and here we are on October 22nd with no tracking number or any shipping confirmation in sight.

These t-shirts are pricey and not worth it. It's a bummer since the designs are actually pretty cool. They use cheap materials and the fit is off, charging way too much for what you get. On top of that, there's no return policy, which is just ridiculous. Seems like they know their stuff isn't great and aren't willing to back it up.

You’ll find some of the most imaginative designer threads at prices that won’t break the bank. The site is super easy to navigate, and they keep you in the loop with all their new arrivals. Definitely a 10 outta 10!
